Hello! Brazil was made by Michael Mark Smith, Matthew Pontin and Jeremy DeCoursey during TOR 2008. TOR was ran by South West Screen, and allowed 12 or so groups of young people helped by media professionals make a short film, network and get some fantastic experience along the way.
